I haven’t had much luck with dating apps or anything of that nature, and I don’t feel super comfortable trying to meet someone in public (Especially in the middle of a pandemic…) so here goes something?

Hi! My name is Ethan, and I am a 23 year-old man living north of Chicago. Physically I am of average build and stand at six feet three inches tall. I have brown hair and blue eyes, and facial hair, if I feel like it. I started going to the gym though, so I hope to be more fit/muscular with a little hard work and time.

I am currently working full-time as a lifeguard, and I am planning to move on to other things once I am more settled in with my current living situation.

In my spare time I enjoy playing video games and watching shows and movies. Recently I’ve been playing Splitgate and League of Legends, among other games. I’ve been watching The Mummy trilogy with my roommate, and watching the new season of Archer and Rick and Morty.

I also love cooking and trying new dishes and cuisines, gardening (especially fruit, vegg, and herbs that I can cook with), and hobbies like painting miniatures and modding game consoles. I’m working on a C’tan Shard of the Void Dragon miniature currently, and I have a GBA SP that I hope to reshell and clean up when I get the opportunity.

I am not religious. I don’t mind if you are, but I do not intend to convert to any religion.

What I’m looking For: -In a relationship: I’m aiming for long-term/forever. I’m not looking for hook-ups or sexting or just short-term flirting, I’m seeking a real relationship.

-In a person: I want someone around my age (18-28 ), who is healthy (Whatever that means for you, I just want you to be health-minded and either maintaining your current health or seeking to improve). No hard preference for specific physical traits, but I do love ladies with curly hair.

I want someone who I can comfortably be myself around, and who can be themselves around me. I want someone who I don’t have to struggle to communicate with, or who leaves me on read for days at a time without warning.

In the short-term, I want to spend time talking and learning about each other, through virtual dates (Movies, games, chats, anything else). As time passes and we become closer, I hope that we can plan to meet up in-person. I live close enough to Chicago that traveling shouldn’t be too difficult, depending.
