(I hate that title but couldn't think of anything better. I'm so sorry.)
I love Christmas. I was tempted to write that like fifty more times but I'll refrain. I do REALLY love Christmas though. I'm in the Secret Santa exchange, I've been proudly wearing a holiday themed mask to work since December 1st, and all the audiobooks I'm currently enjoying are Christmas themed rom coms.
I just can't help it.
Which is why I'm currently MISERABLE. We're a couple weeks into December and I'm just not feeling the normal amount of cheer. I have to live at home for now due to covid and financial reasons (also a lack of available apartments) and my parents are grumps. The friends I had last year mostly didn't stick around and the ones who did aren't exactly encouraging of my festive cheer. I also live in a town MUCH too small to do events or anything.
I'm not saying to talk to me you need to love Christmas! Not everyone does. You DO however need to be comfortable with me regularly trying to convert you until Christmas is over. ;P
I just feel like I really need a GOOD connection right now. Everyone around me is so bah humbug and I would love a bright presence to chat with.
Specifically, I would LOVE to voice chat (there's a voice sample in my post history). Maybe watch Christmas movies? I promise you can make fun of them, that's half the fun. Just hang out. Maybe even play some games or something.
I haven't even been motivated to wrap gifts so far this year! I have no one to really show the finished product to.
And yes, I swear I have interests outside of Christmas (you can check my post history for that as well). But my brain becomes overloaded in December and all I can handle is Christmasy thoughts.
So if you don't mind me being a bit of a nut job and you want to see where this could go, shoot me a message!
