No drama. No games, unless they come with a controller. I'm playful and at times I can be moody. I'm honest to a fault. I'm the type to take the road less traveled. I'd prefer to blaze my own trail. I'm a bit of a homebody by default, but I do like adventure. I'm bit of a history buff, and all about taking trips to new places and learning new things. I love to cook as well, and enjoy trying out new restaurants or binging on cooking shows. I'm kind of like a Louisiana born Gordon Ramsey without the volatile temperament. A poor mans Bobby Flay.When it comes to music, I'm something of a reformed grunge kid so I'm down with anything Alt Rock. Nirvana, RATM, The Killers, Korn, and Smashing Pumpkins are few of my favorites. However, I'm not above jamming out and singing horribly out of tune to Call Me Maybe or doing a horribly out of key rendition of Africa by Toto at the local Karaoke.

I served in the Air Force for 4 years. I was a essentially a Computer Geek with a rifle. I spent 4 years at SLU working on an English/Creative Writing degree. My mission to become the next great American author has so far failed, but I've become pretty adept at stringing along words and forming complete sentences, even if they are a bit Faulknerian at times. I've managed to get a few things published. My dream would be to retire and be a Lit or Creative Writing professor. All I need is a post graduate degree, a ratty blazer, and develop a penchant for latte's and coeds.

What I would like to find is my partner in crime, sans the crime part. Perhaps someone sub minded. I'm far from a goodie, but I'm just not built for prison even though I work in one. I'm not opposed to wild nights of extreme scrabble or beer pong, hitting up a midnight showing of the latest Marvel movie, or playing hookie from work and doing something touristy. I would like to find someone that grounds me. Someone that wants to build a life and family together, and understands the importance of loyalty and honesty in a relationship. if that's you, hit me up. Age isn't a factor for me as long as our life goals meet up. I await your response.
