Hey all! Iā€™m somebody who realised a long time ago that traditional gendered relationship dynamics donā€™t work for me; I've got no interest in hanging around a bar, trying stupid pickup lines on women. In fact, Iā€™d much rather be the one hearing the stupid pickup lines. Both physically and personality-wise, I lean far more feminine than the average man: I have shoulder length brown hair, shave both my face and body, paint my nails, moisturise, generally carry myself more delicately, and enjoy wearing skirts sometimes. Iā€™m also on the shorter side, at around 5ā€™6. Iā€™m rather emotionally expressive, and try to be a caring, nurturing presence in the life of my partner. Iā€™ll happily listen to my darlingā€™s problems, offer cuddles when theyā€™re sad, give shoulder massages, and so forth, while being openly emotionally available myself. Iā€™ll cry openly at films that affect me, and ask for cuddles when Iā€™m feeling blue.

In turn, assertive women who arenā€™t afraid to take the lead in the relationship really appeal to me. I love both feminine women, and more outwardly butch ones, but certain indicators of you being the ā€œmanā€ in the relationship are something that really resonate with me; putting an arm around my shoulder in public, holding the door for me, pulling me in for kisses whenever you want, placing orders for us at restaurants, handing me your jacket if I start getting cold? Once weā€™ve become a little familiar with each other, slightly condescending nicknames (ie. princess) are preferred, lol. But of course, I donā€™t expect my partner to be a clump of stone who performs conventional masculinity at all times! First and foremost Iā€™d like a real relationship, where we mutually respect and support each other.

Personality-wise, Iā€™m outwardly rather nerdy, shy, and introverted. With people that Iā€™m close to though, Iā€™m generally very bubbly and chatty, with a good sense of humour IMO. Iā€™m generally rather indoorsy, enjoying reading (mostly nonfiction), watching TV/documentaries, and gaming. However, Iā€™m by no means a total shut-in; Iā€™ll happily go for long walks in nature, or visit museums, or historical landmarks with you. I adore long, aimless walks in the sun! I definitely benefit from somebody who is a little more extroverted than myself, who can take a leadership role and bring me out of my shell. I graduated from university in July, and am currently looking for employment while living with my friend.

My main requirement for prospective partners is that you live in the UK; super long-distance doesnā€™t personally work for me. Iā€™m currently based in Glasgow, but I definitely donā€™t mind taking the train to see you, as long as the travel time isnā€™t more than five hours or so, as Iā€™d like to be able to see you regularly for cuddles. I donā€™t personally want to date anyone younger than 21, but I donā€™t mind if youā€™re older than me. We should have compatible values, so no right-wingers, bigots, or anybody involved with the military or police please. Check my profile for pictures if you want a vague idea of what I'm like!
