Hi ladies! I come before you as a tall, chunky nerd with a phone full of cat and dog pics. You bet your bottom dollar I use those as an ice breaker! I’m looking for a monogamous connection with a lovely woman wherever she may be. I live near Toronto, but I am open to long-distance as long as there is good communication and an intent to meet earlier rather than later. 

I would love to find someone to chat with almost every night, be it in person or online. Watch movies, play games, or just talk the hours by. I’d love to go try out new restaurants, visit museums and all sorts of other small adventures, although I am more of a homebody at heart. To be transparent, I have been celibate for a long time. Unfortunately I was in a serious relationship and lost my partner to cancer. I took time to come to grips with this, and during the main covid years I wasn’t in the local dating scene as I was taking care of my immediate family, primarily my senior mother. I’ve had a few long-distance relationships in that time, but nothing in person. Through Reddit I have met some truly amazing women, just not a partner. Yet. 

I do not have any preferences when it comes to race or anything like that. I do have a weakness for petite and/or curvy women, though! I strongly believe that open communication, honesty and transparency are the cornerstones of a strong relationship and help deepen our shared passion & intimacy. My dream date night is simply sharing a meal over a movie or board game. Throw some cats and dogs into the cuddle pile and I’m even happier! I’m easy to please!

In a partner I find intelligence, passion & curiosity to be very attractive traits. I grew up loving heroines like Sigourney Weaver’s Ripley & Linda Hamilton as Sarah Connor. Accents, giggles and hair I can play with are all very welcome. Ideally you’ll be within a few years of my age, and a few hours from the EST timezone if long-distance. I value the simple and nerdy things in life, and would rather find my person to spend my life with rather than living a life of comfort and privilege. Board game nights, movie marathons, seeing the new museum exhibit and painting miniatures makes me a happy man. My dream is to open an animal sanctuary or hobby farm that could double as a human therapy center.
