I've decided it's time for my yearly attempt at trying to find someone to build a life with. Essentially I want to go the distance with someone- a want to be wed and possibly have kids, or maybe just a bunch of animals. I'm okay with a simple life- but I do enjoy the idea of having enough to live in a home someday, somewhere in a forest near the sea. Idealistic I know... but I'm in love with that sort of setting and its where I feel happiest. (In my head it's either in the los gatos or monterey area... or somewhere in the uk... or somewhere in a salt marsh forest with cicadas... but I'm flexible if it's for the dream!]

Now that I've scared you off:

I'm a lover of all games, board, card, tabletop, video, word, puzzle, you name it. I recently have started building gunpla kits, and love metal, funk, disco, and punk, but am also a sucker for classical music and learning about music from all over the world. I read or listen to audio books constantly, and collect plushies, guitars, books, cool rocks, and nat geo magazines.

I tend to be more left-leaning in terms of american politics, but am fairly centrist in my views... the world has become so ugly and polarized and people don't even seem to hear anyone else when they speak now. How can we ever reach a greater future for ourselves or even the larger world if we're unable to even have calm and logical debate? Ah well. I don't want to be a politician, just an artist.

I make collages, make art, do photography, make music and write a lot of stories and poems. My dream is to get a pilots license so I can reliably take aerial photos.

I'm overweight at the moment but working on it. I was over 409 around 10 years ago and am around 325 now. I'm not done fighting for myself yet.

I work a corporate manufacturing 9-5 in a weirdly specific tech field that I won't say in this post, just because the company is getting bigger and I don't want my socials attached to my image at work, haha... not that it would raise any eyebrows there... my entire desk at work is covered in either video game figurines, recently built gundams, or figures of ussop from one piece (3 so far) or all might from my hero academia (10!!!)

I love nature, animals, food, rain, soup, and tea.
