Hi Reddit, my name is Josette, but please call me Josie or Jo (it’s not my given name but my preferred name. I can tell you my given name when we start chatting). I’m a 24 almost 25 year old woman from the not so great state of Ohio ( totally kidding I kind of actually love it here). Lately I’ve been feeling a bit discouraged about the fact I’m almost 25 and still single. So, I’m hoping this post will jumpstart my way into something new.

To kick this all off, I’ll tell you a little bit about myself. As I’ve said I’m 24 but I’ll be 25 in June. I’m college educated but I don’t currently use my degree for work. I am plus sized and considering loosing weight, but I’m struggling with the idea of excluding foods I like. I’m kind of a nerd when it comes to my interests. I love trivia. I know so many weird fun facts it isn’t even funny and honestly I want to be on jeopardy someday. I watch a fair bit of YouTube and tv. I watch a lot of pokemon and sims content on YouTube. As for tv, it tends to lean into dramas. Criminal minds, vampire diaries (and its spin offs), greys anatomy, the rookie and so many more. I love to sing and listen to just about any music. I paint, write, and draw as well. I also play video games but that’s usually only the sims or pokemon.

As for what I’m looking for I want a partner who will support me in whatever endeavors I’m pursuing and I’ll happily do the same for you. Someone who takes my flaws in stride and helps to work with them. Someone who can understand my anxious attachment style and deal with my 4,000 texts a day ( okay I don’t really mean 4,000 I just thought it was funny). I would love to have interests in common, like music, tv, video games or anything else we talk about. Otherwise I only want to know you’re serious about a relationship. I’m not here to mess around and I don’t want to waste your time.
