I didn't have any fancy or exciting or thrilling adventures to offer, still, you came.

You were intrigued by my post, that triggered your similarity and interest sensors, which in turn made you contact me. A cozy and familiar conversation started, that went on for a while. Each day started and ended with a smile and some happiness because of having this special connection.

One day we decided to meet. You came to visit. We met outside and started to stroll through the park and the meadows. As we got along quite nicely, we decided to extend the walk through the woods. The hours past and it became late afternoon. You suggested, that we could find a place to eat, but asked, if we for a short time could go to my place to freshen up. Seeing my idiosyncratic flat interior, you didn't feel worried, disgusted, afraid, shocked, put off. No, you continued to have that glowing smile in your face. As we stood in the kitchen while I prepared us something simple to drink, you noticed the foods and proposed, that we also could prepare something here for ourselves. I agreed under the condition, that you would lead, pick, choose, directed. It was joyful crafting and improvising together. After the cutting and mixing was done and things were just heating up, not much for us to do then wait, you leaned in, put your arms around me, and started to hug me. You didn't let go until the food was ready. It was evening already, and you came up with the idea, to put a movie for while we eat. But as it would be even later then, you asked, if you could stay, to which I, of course, happily agreed. After finishing our meal, you grabbed the blanket, that is always at the couch, cuddled on to me and put the blanket around us. Such a warm feeling. Half way into the movie, you were already falling asleep. I offered to prepare the couch, but you blushed and asked, if you could directly sleep next to me, as you feel very save and warm and happy. And so we both got ready and went to bed, where you cuddle again on to me and quickly fell asleep. I watched to for a little while and also fell asleep. Waking up in the morning, everything definitely felt like a dream, but opening up my eyes, you were there. Your eyes were open, smiling, looking at me. And you went for a big Good Morning kiss.

This was basically, how you just exploded into my life. From one second to the next, you where just there. This happy and loving person, that is just a joy to be around.

You were always friendly and helpful. We played games together, you often helped me with my coding stuff, we tried some coding projects together, some woodworking, often walking and bicycling in nature, taking pictures. We got along with each others friends and families. It just felt right. Felt good. And so we also started our own family.

We should probably take more pictures of our many nice moments, and write more of our stories down. Just in case our offspring will sometimes want to know…
