Anyone lend an ear or some opinion on what I'm going through? So I've been single for best part of 5 years now, and in that time I've not been sleeping around like crazy, there has been a few casual encounters sure, but I have also on a couple of occassions, really tried to start a relationship, and each time for some reason I just feel really uncomfortable and want to leave.

The girl is then attached to me when I say I can't do it so I end up hurting her and this KILLS me. I hate being the cause of pain :/ Any ideas?
