Hello there! As the title says, I'm a software tech by day, fantasy novelist by night (not yet published - still working on that). I'm divorced (thanks Covid) with a 10 year old daughter, and two awesome furbabies (a dog and a cat).
I'm a bit of a language geek. I know Russian (though I'm a bit rusty) and have incorporated Slavic elements in my writing. I've been abroad just once but would love to see more of the world someday. I don't play a lot of video games these days, but I certainly don't mind if you do.
I don't really go out much these days (most of my free time is spent reading and writing) though I try to work out when I can (I walk the doggo about 45 minutes a day, and try to jog on the treadmill whenever I can). I do have a bit of a "beer gut" (though I don't really drink) but I am trying to get rid of it.
I'm not much of a cook, but I know how to use a slow cooker and can make some pretty tasty homemade cornbread.
I'm looking for a reason to go out again. It can be a simple dinner/movie, or fancy like a symphony (I'm a sucker for a girl that can rock her heels, not gonna lie). I'm not super picky about age, though I would prefer 25 on up.
