Recently my work has gotten so much more intense and I don’t really have anyone to talk to about my feelings which has got me going a cycle of depression. Was hoping maybe I’d be able to find someone to talk to and listen to as well and also head to the gym with cause the stress has definitely led to some stress eating and an increase in weight.
