Hello! Wasn't really sure what to do here, so thought I'd put together a list of facts about me.

1. I am 27 years old, 5'8" and weigh 170 lbs. I currently have a dad-bod that I'm working hard to get rid of. I live in the NJ, but close to the NYC area. If it matters, I'm Chinese-american. Here's me at PAX East!

2. I recently have gotten back into rock climbing, and have been trying to get into a consistent schedule. I currently boulder V2-3s, with a ton of failed attempts at v4s. Definitely looking for a climbing partner!

3. I love to cook. I'm definitely not a professional chef by any means, but I love trying new recipes. I haven't burned down any houses yet, so that's got to mean somethingm I've been thinking about getting into cocktails, though I don't actually drink that much

4. I'm a classic, bad at small talk, nerdy, introverted gamer. Though, if there's music going on, I love to dance badly, if no one's watching.

5. As you can tell from the title, I love video games, manga, reading, D&D, etc. Currently just playing World of Warcraft, but I've dabbled in most things multiplayer. Like Valorant, Overwatch, League, Rocket League, etc. Just ask about it, if that stuff interests you! Reading wise, I'm a huge fan of fantasy, especially Brandon Sanderson!

6. I want to try new things! I'm not getting younger, and I want to do new things if possible, whether that is clubbing, going to more conventions, travelling, hiking, or sky diving. I think I've lived a pretty tame life to this point

7. I'm generally a reserved guy, not one to open up to friends or family that much. I've only been in a short lived relationship that lasted a few months in college. I've never felt the need to date or sleep around. Though I do miss the cute good morning texts and chats and since I'm getting older, thought I'd try dating. Though since sex is like important for a lot of people, I thought I'd just mention, that I'm too experienced and it has been like 6 years since I've been with a girl 😅

What I'm looking for:

I don't mind if you're not into the same things as I am, but I am a nerd and introvert at heart. So I'm looking for someone who understands that and doesn't mind me binging a new game video games or spending a night reading. It's the main way I connect with my friends. But, having said that I also want someone to drag me out of my shell and experience the world.

I would prefer someone in my area as I want to try new things in person. Though, I will say I prefer texting over voice chats, probably cause I'm awkward as hell. If I haven't scared you away yet feel free to send a message!

Though, I will say I probably won't be responding to "hi", or something simple like that. I spent a fair bit of time writing this up, and maybe you can spend like 15 seconds for a response? ♥️

Maybe you can start off with your favorite dad joke (I love them), or favorite anything (book, anime, song, album, movie, TV show). Just want to know you're real and have a bit of a personality!
