I'm alone and have no friends online or off

I've lived in Georgia for 3 years now and I have no friends or family here. My wife cheated on me and left me once we moved here and now I'm alone and divorced. I've been trying to stop drinking too because I'm pretty sure I have damaged my liver. I find out next week at the doctor. I just wish I had someone to help me through things
