So with all of us being FA, it brings out negative but complex emotions and feelings. But at the same time, the whole thing is strange. Considering how most of the people around you (not social media) have had some sort of success with relationships. We are the ones that stand out unusually. The likelihood of us being the ones who ended up like this is rare. It’s rare based on the evidence of seeing everyone else have some sort of success.
We become happy (or faking it to make it) when we see others be in one and be happy while being in one. Yet we try to comfort the same whenever the relationship ends for them. We experience others be in one while we watch it from the sidelines and wonder what’s it like to be in one. Some (like me) have accepted we’ll forever watch them from the sideline. Some wonder when it’ll be their turn to be in one and the rare few of us will get to experience what it’s like to be in one.
It’s also strange seeing how we’ve seen others have success while we don’t and realize that it could have easily been different. Had things turn out different, we could have been the ones having the success while they are in the same situation we are now in. But that wasn’t the way how our life went for us. There are many things about being FA. For me, it’s strange.
