Electrical issues help!

1993, 4.9 5 speed. disconnected the battery to replace the ignition tumbler, sparked when i reconnected the terminals and now the radio and blower motor are dead, fuse 11 (radio, radio display) in the dash and fuse E (backup lights, probably unrelated) under the hood were blown so i replaced 'em but to no avail, 10amp on the radio isn't blown. anyone have advise on what to check next?
