Recently picked up a 92 f250 solid truck runs great but I'm a little confused title says f 250 and everything is kosher with the title but the truck has five lug front and back wheels and they aren't adapaters the fella I bought it off of said it started out life as a 2wd it is currently 4wd with a 6 inch lift and the drive Tran is out of a 96 it's the 351 Windsor confirmed by paperwork with the truck from the mechanic that did the swap im wondering if the guy cousknt find the 3/4 ton axels and swapped them with the axels from the donor he got the engine from . Any help appreciated!!
You probably could look up the vin and get details on what it originally was, then go through and see what all has been swapped out for F150 parts
