C and C vs. Pickup turbo difference?

I recently bought a ‘13 cab and chassis and it needs a turbo. What’s going to be the difference between a pickup and a cab and chassis that they’re different turbos.
Since pickup turbos are relatively plentiful what would need to change to put a pickup turbo in a cab and chassis?
