Adding additional languages to F150

Posted on here before about something unrelated but I have a 2020 F150 STX. I know the languages I can select are English Spanish and French, but is there any way to add a different language (German?) Not sure if there is a way to add additional languages not offered or if I'm stuck with the 3 that are already in the system. Either way not a huge deal, just curious if it's possible. Thanks!
