2005 ford Taurus question regarding when using heat smells like oil burning?

Hello I have had my car for two winters now and every time I use the heat it smells like there’s oil burning? I always turn it off when it happens bc I get nervous and it usually goes away. Also on the hood there’s like some condensation on top? I provided a photo. I think it did it aswell when I used the a/c in the summer but I don’t remember. I can test on my break from work
