I called Ford because I didn’t get a confirmation email for my order and dealership didn’t give me anything except the order from the site. Anyways I asked if my order was in Ryan (she) said my order was confirmed and I was issued a VIN so my order was going into production soon 🤯🥳🥳. She went on to say that Ford just got back the EPA rating mileage information and all that noise on the hybrid SO production could start! Ryan said Ford was waiting on that data to schedule the hybrids so now that it’s in it should move forward. Just wanted to share with you all and hope you enjoy the good news for hybrids!

EDIT: never even thought here is number 800-334-4375 it voice automated there are some helpful notes in comments and it’s open from what I understand 8 AM to 5 PM central time. There is also a tracker in tel he comments if you need it. Hope this helps!
