Extreme pedal shake/ jerking

I’m afraid my transmission is in trouble as when I get between certain gears it’ll stick or shift at random sometimes. Wondering how much that would cost on my 2017 Fiesta SE also getting some heavy gas pedal vibrations throughout the drive. Currently sitting at 93k miles. Thanks all in advance!
