Hey guys and gals, maybe someone here can be of help, 99 explorer sport had it towed on a flatbed two nights ago after my starter went out, replaced the starter and go to drive it and now at anything under 30 my steering wheel sort of shudders when turning in both directions, almost like when you try to turn a wheel while not in motion, never did this before being towed could it being pulled up the ramp have caused this?
