UPDATE: Went in for an oil change & diagnostic. They advised I just trade it in instead of pay $7k in repairs.
Post Body

Original post here: https://www.reddit.com/r/FordExplorer/s/JQiHE8YPZQ

I went to an independent shop and took the paperwork from Ford to show them what was potentially found. They did advise I had one upper motor mount and lower dog bone mount that were broken. They also put dye in the AC system and found a leak on the high side line (Ford dealership didn't find that). No other issues were found...

The estimate for the motor mount parts labor was $750.82 (not including $110 for the diagnostic) but I got the digital Chilton's manual from the local library and I'm ready to rock. Right now I'm just going to work on the motor mounts and worry about the AC later.
