2003 6.0 suddenly died at idle

I was driving on the highway and as i got off on an exit my truck was idling and my ipr percentage shot from 20-58 and then died. This happen a second time a couple of minutes afterwards. I checked my codes and i got a p2284 and a p2614. My icp is fairly new around almost a year but i wanted to ask if that would be the main cause or would it be my icp? Please and thank you
