2003 f350 6.0 turn signal

Just started but when i go for my left turn signal it rapidly starts blinking and the front headlight bulb does not work but everything else does. Could this be the signs of a bad bulb or a fuse? Just looking for a place to start so i can do it after work or get some parts ready. Please and thank you
