Dealer mark ups

So I had my credit ran by a deal for a big bend at msrp was approved only to find out that theirs was a 15k mark up on it. I called ford corporate office and report it and they gave me a case number. Don’t know if anyone else has had this happen but I would do that if you feel like you were mislead by the dealer.
