Doing a tpms re-learn after doing a 5-wheel rotation and my tpms tool won’t read my rear passenger tire. Help?

8k miles on my 2023 Bronco Squatch. Factory squatch wheels.
Any idea what’s going on? All other tires register when I put the car in re-learn mode expect the rear passenger.
NOTE: TPMS sensors were working before rotation.
