Sync 3 Bluetooth problems in 2018 fusion titanium

I just got a fusion and I’m having problems with the sync 3 system. I bought the car used and the Bluetooth bank was full, so I deleted all the phones on it, connected my phone and everything was working fine and drove home and turned the car off. Then when I got back in the car and turned it back on all the phones I deleted came back and mine didn’t auto connect. I tried to do a master reset and all of the same problems persist. I have auto-updates on and connected it to my house wifi. Does anyone know how to fix it or has anyone else had this problem?
