Why is forager mobile version so buggy

Like stuff is randomly just stuck where I can't pick it up I won't be able to move for some reason and I Uninstalled and reinstalled the game and a ton of stuff got deleted like dungeon completions all my hearts random achievements that I can prove I have gotten so why is mobile version so buggy?
