Raider and Aramusha. WHY?

For Raider, How are you supposed to use him? I can't really go combo to combo as I do with anyone else due to weird timing and his low stamina. No hyper armor, no uninterruptible attacks, no dodge attacks.
For Aramusha, why isn't he interrupted on a block? I'm not sure how I'm supposed to fight against him. I've noticed his pick rate has been up while Shinobi and Raider have gone back down.
