How do I stop the AI from signing more than the recommend amount for a position

Like it's there any way to stop teams from signing 8 RBs or WRs?? Or 11 O or D linemen? Because now it's messing up stats of a bunch of good players that are rated 60 bunch but are the 4th or 5th choice WR/RB so they can't put up numbers
