It seems that, after every game, my team is rated based on my current player talent. For example, I like to swap out my older players for my freshman to get them development--while still red-shirting them--against weak teams. But if I win convincingly against a very weak team with a lot of 65-75ish freshman with good potential, I actually drop in the ratings despite winning. Is it possible to make your ranking not based on your current roster at the end of each game but rather on your roster if you were playing your strongest players?
