Hitting the wall in year 3

I started with Georgia State with two good coordinators and total synergy for playcalling bonuses. Had some good players on the roster and went 9-4 and 11-1 in my first two years. It's a good thing too, because I just lost the first two games to Western Kentucky and Louisiana Lafayette. Looks like my freshman and sophomore recruits haven't had time to develop enough to replace what left. Fingers crossed we do better next year while I finish building this perpetual motion machine.
