First off, let me say that the foot fetish community is one of the most welcoming groups I've been apart of and having this support has helped me alot.

Now for the meat of this post. As a 25 year old man with a foot fetish, I have a couple of friends (female) who know about my love of feet. My spouse also brags that I give great foot rubs. Both work jobs that leave their feet achey and both have husbands who aren't as enthusiastic about feet. They usually ask me for a warm oil foot massage. Everybody is ok with this, so no big deal.

What if my friends didn't know I had a fetish though? Is this something that should be stated up front or does it matter (as long as the person with the fetish can keep it platonic)? Also, as a foot lover, would this be a form of cheating if your spouse was not made aware of it happening even if it was in no way sexual? Let's hear you all's thoughts. My wife and I have talked at length about such things as a thought experiment.
