Citi Field Limited View Seating

So I’ve been curious if anyone knows why all of the seats in blue at the Citi Field shows next July have limited viewing.
I have tickets for GA right by the stage, so it’s not an issue for me, but these seats just aren’t selling (for now).
I can’t even come up with a likely reason as to why so many seats on the field will have a limited view. It’s the same thing on the other side. Anyone out there have any info?
