I am so incredibly sorry (and embarrassed) to make this request... But we are at the end of our proverbial rope.

I’ve been in the hospital three times this summer, and now our car broke down. It’s me and my daughter here, and we’re both disabled, so it’s not as if we can pick up hours at our job to cover the numerous additional prescriptions I’ve needed, not to mention the car repair. I just can’t do this anymore...

We get Foodshare (food stamps)... all of $15/month. I’ve exhausted our meager savings trying to cover everything so far this summer. I tried to get a loan on r/borrow... no response. So I come here to plead for some food assistance from you all.

I looked at others’ posts, and if I understand correctly, you cannot put “prime pantry” items on your list... I’m aware some of the items I listed won’t ship for like 3 days, but if I select any of the instant shipping ones, they cost a fortune!!! So I tried to find the best cost for the most items... I’m so sorry they cost so much more than Aldi’s or Walmart! I really tried...

And I’m aware they’re quick foods, but I’ve been so sick, and weak from being sick, I’m just not able to cook intricate things. My daughter and I are used to this.

I’m really sorry, but we would sure appreciate any help you can give. I’ll definitely do my very best to pay it forward. We’ve just got to get caught up from all the added, unexpected expenses that have knocked us for an absolute loop. Thanks in advance...
