Hello all, I am here because I truly need some help. I have posted before about how my health has failed significantly in the last 2 years after strokes. I have had heart surgery, and multiple other medical issues, forcing me to drop out of college and the workforce, leaving me totally disabled. This has put a significant strain on our finances, especially with my hubby being disabled, and our youngest son being Autistic. But now, there is a possible light at the end of my tunnel: gastric bypass surgery. When the subject first came up, I was very skeptical, but, after speaking with my doctors, they have given me hope. I am scheduled for surgery on January 13th, and if everything goes as plans, fingers crossed, not only will I lose weight and begin to feel better, but it will help to alleviate some of my medical conditions. This is something I can only DREAM about at this point! I have spend my entire life up until just a few years ago exercising, eating right, counting calories and all the good healthy stuff, for just a few medical conditions to knock me off my horse and now, I may be able to get back on, and I don't want to fail at this. There are a few items I truly need badly, and I'm not sure how I will pull off getting them initially if I don't get help, so please if anyone can help, I would appreciate it. Thank you for reading, and God bless you all!
