Hello all, we are truly having a difficult time financially. Ever since my strokes, followed by heart surgery, my health declined, leading to permanent disability. My hubby suffers from renal kidney failure amongst other multiple medical conditions, and our youngest son is Autistic. I have no clue what we will have for Christmas to eat, as we are having a hard enough time day to day. That's why I am here. I made a small wish list and please, if anyone can offer ANY help at all, we will be unforgettably appreciative. Thanks for reading, and God bless!
