Hey all, My family is having a really hard time, and I am hoping that we can find a hand up here. I have a son that just turned 9yrs old W/Autism, and have been struggling financially since I left work w/my 2nd stoke, and had heart surgery. My hubby is disabled suffering from multiple medical conditions like renal kidney failure, and diabetes, etc. We truly could use help for the next few weeks, just to get back on our feet.
We can barely keep the things we need up on our table, we are running out of all the things we need the most: toilet paper, soap, detergent, etc. Our son with Autism just had his birthday, and we didn't have anything for him due to the lack of finances, so we are hoping to to celebrate his birthday on August 10, at a nearby park. The park is free to use, and has plenty of room for the kids and furry babies, and swings and slides as well. Also, we figured this may allow us a little time to try and get something together, even something small for him. I just feel like I am letting him down so bad. I already feel like crap enough for needing help in general, but to need birthday help as well, is just embarrassing and saddening.
PLEASE, if anyone is able to help us, we would be so VERY, VERY grateful! Thank you for reading this, and God bless!
