Hello all,

I’m looking to play an April Fools prank on my friend and his wife. They are letting us borrow their house for our baby shower and as a thank you I’m planning on inviting them out to dinner on April 1st, but when they show up I want to have a table reserved and meal paid for, just for the two of them.

I would like to surprise them with an elegant meal, with superior service. I’m thinking either chef’s course or a suggestion from a menu you know. So that I can call in advance and have things as effortless for them as possible. I will plan on bringing a hand written thank you card for the restaurant to leave on their table as they arrive. Please, I need someone who knows their stuff. I want to blow their minds away and I need your help. Thank you in advance.

Bonus points if there’s a restaurant next to the real restaurant that way they don’t get ahead of themselves and know what they’re in for. I want this to be as surprising as possible.
