Similar to a couple nights ago found some sale Mahi, tried changing up the flavors… made Greek yogurt tzatziki sauce for the potatoes- goes really well, made the crust for the Mahi out of pepitas, sunflower seeds, almonds, pecans, and cashews, diced up. Then for the green it was garlic parmesan asparagus. Should have added bacon, somewhere. Note for next time.
