Hoping this is the place to help me out - Monk fruit sweetener
Post Body

Hi! I recently started getting the Factor food box and their keto sweets seem to all use monk fruit sweetener. I tried a keto cheesecake thing and the only ingredient on the list that I don't have much experience with is the monk fruit. I've had a few bites and I'm not going into anaphylaxis or anything, or even getting an insta-migraine like I get with honeybush tea, but the cheesecake tastes...spikey. Like tiny little knives. It tastes good but I have no experience with real food allergies. Is this what an allergy looks like?
