Safe flour brands

Hello! So I have many many food allergies soy, peanut ( my most extreme ) tree nuts , legumes, diff oils, sesame , react to rice and chocolate though I’m not sure if those are true allergies. I was wondering if anyone knows of safe flour every time I try to bake I just end up having a reaction and I’m 1009 percent sure it’s the flour brand I really worry about cross contamination and yeah anyone who shares these allergies have a safe flour brand?
