FMT treatment for food allergies

I've seen some studies which suggest that the gut flora could be linked to food allergies.
In one study they gave anaphylactic mice gut bacteria from healthy humans and their allergies disappeared. When they were given gut bacteria from allergic humans the mice suddenly got allergic to the things the donor is allergic to.
What do you guys think about this?
