Hello fellow sufferers!
A few years ago I deleloped an intolerance to garlic and onions (all alliums actually) but recently the symptoms have amplified and are becoming much more potent. Before I used to eat cooked onions without experiencing any severe discomfort, however a week ago I had difficulty breathing, whizzing, red spots and itichies around my nose and mouth, and a tight throat after eating a soup that contained half an onion. It was hell. Today I ate a bag of chips which I thought was onion and garlic free since the ingredient list didn't list any of them I got severe symptoms as well so I'm suspecting it must have had traces of those. Has anyone experienced similar symptoms after eating cooked onions and traces of garlic?
A bit of context: I started to develop a lot of food allergies in my adult life btw and I'm anaphylaxis to eggs and lactose intolerant.
