I am concerned of having pea protein alergy. Can it be fatal?

Hi.Year aho I bougt raw pea protein and was feeling really sick after. However I can eat pea with no problem. So I want to check if I have pea protein alergy or it was random sickness. I am also vegan who need to eat lot of protein.
I have boughy myself pea protein powder which contains 20g of protein per dose. If I drink half of it can I just check this way if I am alergic or can it be fatal?
