Every time I eat my mouth gets extremely painful and inflamed, lasts 5-10 minutes and goes away. What’s going on?

It only does this about every 3 months. It’s always something random that I eat that causes it. I just ate a bologna sandwich with ketchup and mayo and it happened. wtf is it? Oral allergy syndrome? It doesn’t itch or anything it’s straight up painful.
