do I need to bring food to the test?
Post Body

I would call my doc office but it’s Sunday and my appointment is Monday morning. I’ve done a regular allergy test before and found that i’m allergic to all the usual allergens.

Now my ENT wants me to do a food allergy test specifically because i’m always feeling generally unwell and struggle with chronic fatigue and nausea.

Anyway, they didn’t really give me instructions and i’m wondering how the test works and most importantly am i supposed to bring my OWN food? i haven’t even gone grocery shopping 😭 helppp
