Sudden allergy to chicken

I’ve got sudden reaction to chicken which I can eat without problem few weeks ago. I got a small bumps after 2hrs after meal, and took antihistamine. It’s already been 4hrs but small bumps still there. I didnt have difficulty breathing, but I had to go the bathroom an hour after that meal earlier. Felt sad about it, im not rich enough not to buy chicken as meat but these happened. Few months ago its shrimp.

What do you do whenever hives/bumps not disappearing hours after taking antihistamine? Take another dose? Go to ER?
