I'm writing this basically hugging the toilet (not literally but close to it). It's the third time I'm having eggs and I feel totally horrible, headache and stomach pains.
Now the thing is and the reason that I'm here is because eating eggs alone, at least when I cook them myself, is usually fine. The one thing that hit me today was that I asked for egg and cheese, and then I realized the last 2 times I had such a strong reaction was also with cheese, as far as I can recall. Cheese is yet another thing I can handle on it's own just fine.
I don't drink milk at all, and i stay away from butter or soft cheeses, and I didn't have them this time. I jad swiss cheese which by itself is fine.
So... I'm wondering if a combo like this exists? Does it make sense, or doesn't it? I'm trying to isolate what is the issue so I can avoid the food that does this to me.
